new install
I've recently purchased the Mikro mk3 and when I register my product key on the Native software it displays the following - Successful you can now install this product from the library. But then I still have the same prompt (add serial number) almost as if it's not registered? I've deleted the application reinstalled and the same thing keeps occurring. Is this normal? I don't have any of the software applications displayed ive seen other have once the product key is registered?

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

You'll need to put in a ticket to have the Maschine licence added to your account unfortunately. You can go here - . You'll need to log into your account and you'll get a chatbot to contact support at the bottom right of the page.
