Play and sync button on the DJ2GO2 not working

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I downloaded and installed the TSI file for the DJ2GO2 Touch mapping for Traktor Pro 3.

It worked like a dream for 20 mins. I went back to my laptop and started it all up again a few hours later. Everything works apart from the play and sync button on the DJ2GO2. They no longer control the Traktor Pro 3. All other controls work as normal from the DJ2GO2 to Traktor. Very strange.

Anyone had this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hello,

was the computer ion any kind of sleep mode or something like that? If you are djing you should set the laptop to medium or full power, but definitely not the power saving mode. Where did you download the TSI file from? I cannot find it! The only one I can find is on DJTT website and that doesnt work!
