How to access my maschine software and the others software/plugins that come with my maschine mk3?

I have registered the serial number in Native Access and it said it was succesfull but in my available products there is only prism massive and monark. No traces of the Maschine software and the rest of the plugins/samples included. Please someone help me!!!!

Same here…. so frustrating. Shouldnt this be a given…. its the main control software?

In frac, it is a given when you buy any hardware compatible with it. I wish that they can resolve this quickly bc you just can’t enjoy your product😢

have you checked online in your account there is a "my products and serial numbers" page, do you see the products there?

Mhh ok normally with the hardware serial you get the maschine software, maschine 3 software now. Maybe the system needs some time but I doubt that.

Just tried, one i inserted the serial number it told me that my Maschine MK3 2R HW was registered bt still no traces of maschine…

Then you unfortunately only can wait, you could also try to completely restart your computer even if I doubt that it will help. You can only contact support

I guess if you REALLY can't wait to get started, you could buy the Maschine software. Once the staff are back, you could contact support, explain your situation and (perhaps) get a refund.
