How to access my maschine software and the others software/plugins that come with my maschine mk3?

there should be a card that has both the hw and sw serial numbers on it. Open native access and add the Maschine sw serial number. It will appear in native access. Simple!

just add serial here

If there's a card with the units that has a s/w serial number on it, then how come there are so many posts from people who say they bought the product, registered it and don't see the software?
Also how come the responses from NI haven't simply said "enter the serial number from your card"? The replies all tell people to contact support.

On the native "get started with maschine" page, or something like that, for registering maschine the first time native mentions this card and how to register all that stuff. And all the ppl here already have entered the serial, that´s why it´s best to contact suport.

…all of which confirms that it's not as "simple" as cblack412 claims.
[edit] I just read the online guide. There's just a hardware serial number to enter. No separate software serial number.

in this video, around the 1:14 mark, he reveals a black envelope, that’s where the code is!

Exhibit A, this is how you get it.

The video was made seven years ago. I think it's unlikely that units of that age are still being bought new.
Now = "the software activation is achieved automatically"
Ergo, no software serial number is required. The automatic registration has obviously not been happening for some time now, so not "simple".

I thought about that but I’ve seen that they don’t refund after download. Do you think they’ll be comprehensive enough?

If you had bought software, then asked for money back because you changed your mind etc. then no, software companies generally don't refund because it's a software product….
However, IMO this is a different situation. It's their fault the software is not available. They're now on holiday, which means you can't use the product.
I've certainly managed to get refunds from them when I've bought expansions that I already owned, so they're not averse to refunding, but there's no one here from NI to confirm or deny it would work in this case.
The ball is in your court.
