Support is the most unresponsive i've ever seen of any company

Hi all,

I recently subscribed to the 360 plus and then also bought accidentally bought the session strings before i realised that latter is included in the subscription. So i got back to support and told them that and someone at NI told me they have authorised my refund request. THis was 3-4 weeks ago and still no refund. I then have tried to contact support through their chat and still no one gets back. Is this how NI does its business? This is just one product and they're so slow or reluctant to refund. I have always wanted to bought their Komplete 15 but now I definitely think i will not. If this is their response to £44, how worse will they get if i buy products worth hundreds of pounds. It just makes me not trust them at all.

Is this only my experience or is something else going on? Am i not using the correct channel to reach out to them? Apogolies to NI if i'm genuinely mistaken. Please hear me out and get in touch with me.
