VERY DISSAPOINTED - LEGAL ACTION IF NEEDED

My parcel, which I purchased on the 23rd of November, never left Germany. No one is even bothering to update me about it!

I cannot use my Komplete 15 Ultimate as I need the serial number of the S49 MK3 as it is a bundle deal, and everything is still on the demo version, and you never shipped my product away. If it was OUT of stock at the time of purchase or later, you should consider updating me after spending over 1500 USD. This is highly disappointing and I will never buy anything again from you! Please give me a proper explanation and don't just take your clients' money keeping them in the Dark.

If you need me to pay extra for the express delivery then…. YOU WON… I WANT TO PAY FOR THE EXPRESS ( IF I ONLY KNEW BEFORE)

@Jeremy_NI This is the same issue I had before, and no difference since. The only thing that happened, Jeremy, was that they sent me the software download for Komplete Ultimate 15 which I stated above why its useless and I can't activate it until the hardware itself arrives to get the serial number of the base product, which I do not see coming.

PLEASE HELP ME!

My colleagues replied to you yesterday (request 4451040) with the following:

Thank you for reaching out to Native Instruments.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

We've reached out to our warehouse and DHL and will update you asap.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to answer directly to this ticket.

Please check your inbox and get back to my colleagues if needed. I understand the frustration but please avoid creating several tickets for the same issue, it only slows down the process and can create confusion.
