MK3 (Sweetwater, brand new) Serial error
Hello, my brand new, purchased from Sweetwater MK3 is refusing to activate and is giving me the dreaded error while trying to activate serial message. How can I solve this/how long of a wait for support to assist? (I have put in a ticket)

If you have already put in a ticket then support will get you setup,
Response time can not be determined exactly and always depend on present load and number of staff attending. However then please notice that support response time is longer than usual due to the ongoing sale at the N.I. website. Also then N.I. support do not work weekends which could give a further delay if they do not reach your ticket before the weekend.

Sadly, that's the answer I expected. How a company has this poor/slow of support after years of "we're backlogged" is beyond me. Also, how is this serial number issue still going on years after it first started happening? Might be returning the unit.
