Is there a reason 'Maschine Central' doesn't qualify for voucher usage?

I have the £49 voucher that was given after the Sample Modelling hiccup. Decided to use it for 'Central', but it won't allow me to do so.

Contacting support via chat gets me locked in an infinite loop with the bot, that insists the product is not vaid. However, i still can't see from the exclusions why this product is a no go.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Ususally the vouchers are not to be used on brand new products like Maschine Central.

Regarding the chatbot, if the bot wasn't able to address your issue you should have the opportunity to contact a chat agent. Please check this article: https://bit.ly/NI_Support_How

I actually remembered i'd had previous communication with support about the voucher exemptions.

This is a grab of the text from the email explaining it's a pretty unique voucher followed by a list of exemptions, none of which should cause an issue.

More than that, out of curiosity, i tried to use the current $25 free voucher against 'Central' and it gives the discount. So it seems that the age of the product, at least in this case, is not an issue

This voucher is not good for the bundle. Looks like only for the Central Expansion.

It also did not work for me for the Maschine 3 "Update" which is already down (for me) to 39.00 CDN.

As mentioned before, usually vouchers do not apply for recent products or products on sale. The issue here seems that the voucher seems applicable in the first place when it shouldn't.
