Izotope and NI anomalies on upgrades

I appreciate it is early days for the Izotope/NI union and the accounts have only recently merged. I own all of the Izotope suite except RX11 Advanced & Neutron 5 as the upgrade cost is just too prohibitive for the "advancements" made in these apps. I now see that as a Komplete 15 collectors edition owner I am being "tempted" with a loyalty offer to upgrade to the full Izotope collection for the mind-blowing £1679.30 ($2138.29 in USD).

After an underwhelming upgrade from Komplete 14 to 15 a few months back, I am becoming a little disillusioned with the "loyalty" offers recently!

Though a login merge is in Beta at the moment then not only have the two sites not been merged but also there typically is graphical glitches with respect to upgrades and cross-grades on the N.I..

My advice is that either you wait until the two sites have been been fully merged (It's my personal guess that we will see better upgrade and cross-grade offers to iZotope customers when that has happened). Or you can try and contact N.I. Purchase Support and ask if there is a misunderstanding or if it is correct that there are not a better cross.grade/upgrade offer for people such as yourself.
