Maschine software not showing up in NA

I purchased the Maschine Mikro Mk3 and redeemed the serial number in Native Access, but the Maschine software isnt showing up in my library.

Anyone dealt with this before? if so please let me know how you fixed it.

    ALSO, I have been trying to contact support but they keep saying they sent me an email which IM NOT RECEIVING… Very difficult

    Hey @curls13 My colleagues got back to you yesterday. I see the Maschhine 3 bundle on your account, it should be available in Native Access now.

    have you tried to register the serial a second time in ni access? had the same problem with some third party libraries and adding the serial a second time did help everytime in my cases👍️

    @Jeremy_NI I ended up purchasing maschine 3 instead of waiting for support. I’ve been contacting you guys for the past 3 days with barely any response. I would appreciate a refund for maschine 3 since THE MIKRO MK3 IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MASCHINE 3!!! Look through my owned products and purchases and you will see.
