That's the grid view, right? Same options as in my pic above. (pic attached)

Thanks, but my problem with Abbey Road is there is not (and I'm pretty sure there has never been) an install folder.

Assuming I had to reinstall for some reason, how would I do that? Native Access is not offering that option.

Quite honestly I have no idea about the version of Native Access you're using or that version of Abbey Road Drums. The picture I posted is from the current version of Native Access in the Library listing and the current version of Abbey Road 60s Drummer ver 1.3.0.

Functionally it should work the same, but the only other alternative would be to simply uninstall that version of 60s drummer and re-install it from scratch.

I would love to deinstall & reinstall from scratch. But how?

(FWIW, I deinstalled everything yesterday, using Windows add or remove programs, to attempt to fix the no-name apps issue discussed above, & the number of libraries visible in Native Access tripled… There was more in Kontakt Select 13 than I ever knew… The Abbey Road issue was never visible before yesterday.)

    This is Native Access 3.14.0 (4250839 / 1.21.0.0).

It really needs a "nuke it from orbit" option so you can start over…

Overall history, in case the devs find it helpful: I have had a few of the "elements" freebie versions that came with various products over the years. I've also purchased & upgraded Guitar Rig at various points over the decades... I'm on at least my 3rd PC over the same period.

My first purchased version of Komplete/Kontakt was Komplete 13 a couple years ago.

(I've been debating going to 15…)

I suspect that some of the old relic license info (in the registry???) out there is confusing Native Access.

If I could clear 'em out & start over, I would, but there is no such option. But there really needs to be…

    @shawnb

Check this article, download the provided tool and use it to clean up what you need.

    Article:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003509269-Fixing-Software-Update-Installation-Issues-Windows

    Tool:

    NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit.zip

While doing this, Native Access should be closed.

Then, just to be sure, go to:
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

Check there, and if needed, delete the unnecessary file (should be Abbey Road 60s Drums.json).

The above should be enough, but if you want to be extra sure, open your Registry and check the keys below:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments
    and
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments

    Delete any "Abbey Road" entries.

Finally, open Native Access and see what is going on.

Thanks for all the help, it's really appreciated. Very helpful tool and instructions.

And yet… The uninstall tool finds nothing about Abbey Road… And the other 3 locations find nothing about Abbey Road… See attached.

I guess I'll have to live without Abbey Road. There is something more out there - probably buried in some arcane corner of the registry… "Abbey Road 60s Drums Vintage" is a clue. Doesn't even look like that's the proper current name.

In this case, it is possible that this is another Native Access "ghost" like the other 2 "no name" apps.
Anyway, just ignore it, for now. If there is no folder, no registry entry, no other evidence on the disc, then it doesn't exists. :-)

Yep. I thought there was an Abbey Road kit in Kontakt Select 13 that this was holding up, but now I'm not so sure.

    Thanks for the help.
