FX chain
Hello…
I am trying to replicate the functionally (not sound) of an old synth from the 90's in REAKTOR. It's effects were separated into 3 busses. A layer could either be routed to BUS1, BUS2, or BUS3.
If the layer was routed to BUS 1, then there would be mix amounts as to how much of BUS2 and BUS 3 you wanted. If the layer was routed to BUS 2, there would be a mix amount to how much of BUS 3 you wanted. And if a layer was routed to BUS 3, you would only get the FX on BUS 3.
An example: A particular patch has BUS1 = chorus, BUS2 = DDL, BUS3 = Reverb. If I wanted all three effects on a layer, I would route it to BUS1 and set the mix amounts for the other two BUSses. If I routed the layer to BUS2, I would just get DDL and Reverb. Routed to BUS 3 would just get me reverb.
Does anyone have ideas on how to accomplish this in REAKTOR?
