Zebra2 and KK

re scanning again…. also, these windows keep coming up…. do they mean anything?

Clearly there is something major wrong with your plugins paths etc.
The first message - I have never seen.
The second one is related to a possible prior import of a third party Kontakt library - one that is most likely loaded via the Files menu and does not have the usual NKS payload to have it's presets appear in the right hand panel of the Kontakt Library view.

here are my vst locations… seems to be correct…. have rescanned everything twice and maybe three times. About ready to give up.

do you have any more suggestions for me?

Nothing wrong with those paths - but again - Studio One has nothing to do with this.
This is all about Komplete Kontrol - and the allowance of Zebra as an NKS compliant instrument.
As I mentioned previously - here on Windows specifically - I got nothing for Zebra in KK whatsoever - until I installed the VST2.
I have no idea what you need to do on Mac.

I appreciate your time…. I have three vst folders… 1. is just a vst folder which has many plugins inside it.
2. is a vst 2 folder which is completely empty and 3. is a vst 3 folder which has many plugins.

On Mac it definitely works, which is what I was referring to. The VST2 is not needed

Yes - appears that U-he did a bunch of work to try to get this going on Apple Silicon - but as a Windows user -= that effort did not help me.
And as far as the OP's issue here - we seem to be drifting all over the place. Not really sure what the issue is now.
If this "definitely works" on the Mac - why isn't it "working" for the OP?

Just the same as in KK standalone, go into KK settings/plugins and rescan

No just dismiss them they are not relevant to this

Because the way it works requires plugins and NKS to be rescanned after installation (or after running KK in Rosetta mode).
Pretty sure this works on Windows too now with the latest betas, u-he have moved all their plugins over to a standard framework that KK supports for migration0 -
that worked !!!! scanning the plugins via the KK plugin is what did the trick, thank you guys.
Now after all that, the integration is more than underwhelming. When I turn the knobs on my KK the main window is not affected visually… I have to go into the XY1,XY2,XY3 and XY4 windows to see what's going on…. is that correct?

Depends on the page you are on, the first is the XYs but after that you get the modules in that patch. Zebra is the only modular capable of exporting presets to NKS with their unique modular configuration, took a lot of work to get that right

hummmm….I have only 2 pages on my KK…. 1st is the XY page 2nd is the global page…. that's it.

It depends on the complexity of the patch - there should be a page for each module loaded, plus the Xys, plus envelopes eg
