How to downgrade to Twenty Five V1.0?
Dear,
I've upgraded Twenty Five to the V 2.0, but I don't see the icon/library anymore in my Kontakt Player. After some searching, I've found out that my PC is too old to support the Kontakt version 7.6 needed for Twenty Five V 2.0.
So, I've downloaded the content of the library V1.0, but the icon/license in Native Access still mentions V 2.0 (even connected to the library of the V 1.0 library) and is still invisible in Kontakt player.
How can I replace the V 2.0 icon/license back to the V 1.0?
Many thanks!

Hello!
Sorry for my late reaction, but I did download already the old version of "Twenty Five", but that doesn't solve my problem.
What happens is this: I've put the old library on my PC, but the part that is defined in my library within Native Instruments is the new version V2.0, which my Kontakt player don't see (because my PC is too old). It is lost from my different plugins. It needs to be also V 1.0 and not 2.0. But I can't change it myself. That is only possible by giving me a serial of V 1.0 or somebody in the backoffice can provide it for me.
