Help - purchased upgrade to Komplete 15 Standard... but wanted Ultimate

Hi - I'm only asking here, because I've tried the support channels, and I'm pretty sure it's unmanned - as I have had no response.

I purchased the Upgrade to Komplete 15 Standard, yesterday… Only after I did this, I realised I actually wanted the Ultimate package. I've got absolutely no problem with paying the additional £180 (I think it is)… but I have no way of doing this. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thankyou.

The Upgrade would actually cost $599 as per the Pricing page:

the cost isn’t the issue - it is that I purchased the wrong version.

The cost to upgrade from standard to ultimate should be the difference, it's how the products are priced. So you can just do that surely?

Presuming your upgrade was from Select

Your initial options:

Select > Komplete 15 Standard = £449

Select > Komplete 15 Ultimate = £989

Your option now:

Select > Komplete 15 Standard = £449 (Already Purchased)

+ Komplete 15 Standard > Komplete 15 Ultimate = £539

Total (449+539) = £988

You'd actually save a pound, but may even earn additional vouchers too! ;)
