My Maschine lights up but buttons don't work.

Hi all, I am brand new to producing and am struggling to set up. My Maschine Mikro lights up but none of the buttons work. Within the Maschine program, I can see where the various kit sounds are within the virtual pad, but when I try to use the actual equipment, nothing plays. I can attach a picture if need be, just let me know.

Thank you in advance for your help!! I'm sure this has a basic fix but YouTube surprisingly hasn't been helpful.

Hi @Milena D it seems like your computer doesn't recognize Maschine. Can you try following the troubleshooting steps in these two articles here?

Are you using Mac by any chance?

post a screenshot of the Software with a kit loaded that is not playing as well as a pic of the controller.
