    Hey!

I’ve had the same error pop up before! Here are a few things you can try:

First, check your location preferences in Native Access. Go to Preferences and ensure the installation paths are set correctly to existing folders.

If everything looks good, try running Native Access as an administrator. Just right-click the icon and select that option; it can help with permission issues.

If you are still having trouble, reinstalling Native Access might clear up the error.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!

Hi Filippo, I’ve tried all three steps, but none of them worked. I really need to get this to work. Thanks for the support.

Sorry, I made a mistake. I am using version 3.14, and it is with this version that I am experiencing the problems I mentioned. I apologize again for my mistake.

Hi Sunborn thank you for your support, but unfortunately, it didn’t work this time either. I'll try to provide more information: I am reinstalling the PC from scratch because I upgraded to Win11. The PC has an AMD RYZEN 9 5950X 16 CORE processor. Previously, everything worked fine with Windows 10. Anyway, I’m reading that many people are experiencing the same issue, and one of the proposed solutions is the following:

Windows: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center

    1. Delete only the file named NativeAccess.xml from the Service Center folder.
    2. Start Native Access and click the refresh button.

I tried this as well, but it didn’t work.

can you make a screenshot (or at least a list) with the affected products?
or is it that all NI apps have the same error?

What locations do you have setup? ..Can you screenshot the 'file management' tab on the preferences/settings window?

(Presuming it doesn't contain any info you want to keep private of course)

Just wondering if you're trying to install to a long folder name, or it contains non-supported characters or something.

It may be worth re-selecting each location and saving to make sure it's saved correctly within Native Access, too.

At the moment, I can't take a screenshot, but the issue is with the factory settings.

Please do a complete uninstall of Native Access.
Do not just re-install over the older one, but completely remove it.
Then reboot and install it again.

If for some reason this does not work contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

Thank you, at the moment I'm reinstalling everything from scratch, so soon I'll do the same for Native Instruments. If it doesn't work, I'll do as you suggested
