Play button sometimes doesn't work on S5 in Traktor pro 4

I decided to try the 4th version of Traktor and found a problem. I have Traktor kontrol S5. When a track is already playing in one of the decks and you press the play button on controller on the other deck to start the second track, sometimes when you press the button the track does not start. This happens about once out of 20 times, but consistently every time I start playing. The problem appeared on two different PCs. One was on Windows 10 and the other on Windows 11. The problem appeared on both decks, that is, you can’t say that the problem is with one of the decks or the non-working play button. There was no such problem with the 3rd version of Traktor.
