Why is it that Native Access STILL CANNOT UNINSTALL PLUGINS? (Windows)

You force us to install this bloatware, but can't even give it the option to uninstall plugins? It's like you purposefully choose the most laborious option at every turn.

What version of NA are you running?

Things are very uninstallable from NA (v3.1.4 shown here):

But this has been available for a while now.

@Vocalpoint It looks like you are partially right. The plugins I've recently needed to uninstall are the FX plugins that have been crashing in FL Studio (Raum, Phasis, and now Replika too apparently). These do not have an uninstall option. (see picture)

Additionally a number of other plugins do not either (Massive, Battery 4, Reaktor). I'm currently checking this out on my laptop, which does not have as many products installed for sake of space (I was on my Desktop when I made the post). The main products I see on my laptop that can be uninstalled are products that are libraries or other sub-content (Reaktor Factory Selection, TRK-01 Bass, Battery 4 Factory Library, Kontour, etc); things that "install" to wherever you set your NI library to save content.

This fits with what you showed above, since you selected Abbey Road Vintage Drummer (which of course is a library for Kontakt). While it's not installed on this computer for me to test, my guess is that Kontakt itself wouldn't give you an option to uninstall it.

This appears to me (from what I'm seeing at the moment) that Native Access can only "uninstall" content from the library, but not touch anything installed in the Program Files folders (ie, anything that is actually installed).

I am running v3.1.0 right now… after updating NA. Maybe you have a beta, or version availability is country/region specific?

Current version (for all users) of NA is 3.1.4 (as of two days ago).

If you are "stuck" on an older version - could have something to with your OS - 3.1.0 is old school - at least 3 months (maybe more) old now.

And - while certain things can be uninstalled via NA - others cannot - like Expansions and other items you noted.

For me - regardless of what NA can do - I ignore it and use Revo Uninstaller Pro for real uninstall work.

It is infinitely cleaner, customizable and 100% accurate.
