    Is there a difference if you don't have the external monitors connected?

    I don't have any reason to suspect that, but since it came up in the thread, it may be interesting to know.

    It Has the same error in any monitor configuration. Also.. when I use the plugin interface to change presets, Komplete Konrtol and the S61 do not update the patch change..

    So I've tried again.

    If I press the presets in the Kontakt view when using Ashlight, the GUI changes on the monitor, sometimes a bit slowly.

    BUT, on the MK3 keyboard, the preset GUI stays on the first preset loaded and doesn't change. Will add this to the report.

    Same issue here.

    The correct plug-in preset will load after minimizing the window and maximizing it again.

    @Jeremy_NI is there a solution for this yet? I found this post after hours of searching and trying to fix. Still persistent after a full reinstall. For me the bug looks like:

    1. Double click a sound bank from a Kontakt instrument, say "Early Jazz" from Abbey Road 60's Drummer
    2. Once the drum set, or instrument view is visible, click the library icon at the top
    3. Click the library icon again to go back to the instrument
    4. The instrument is frozen. Anything above the instrument still works.

    This is happening in standalone mode as well as in Logic. You can fix the problem by minimizing and maximizing again. If in Logic, you can close Kontrol then reopen. This is all happening without the Kontrol hardware attached.

    My specs:

    Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1

    Kontrol 3.3.3

    Native Access 3.14.0

    It’s fixed if you have Kontakt 8

    I hope a fix for Kontakt 7 is coming though too

    In the meantime this is all graphical, the new instrument itself is loaded but the graphics from the previous instrument is stuck refreshing so minimise/maximise forces it to refresh

    Battery is crashing inside of Komplete Kontrol on any DAW I use when I load any of my custom kits and then close Komplete Kontrol. Crashed Studio One, crashed Logic, and Crashed Ableton. On my Mac Studio M1 Max AND my MacBook Pro. Its really a shame I feel like I bought this Komplete Keyboard for nothing. Battery Feels abandoned but that's where I've built all my kits so I can use them in any DAW.

    It is fixed for K8.

    We are working on a K7 patch now, that will include this fix.

    If it's the same issue, then the workaround is to use Kontakt 8 Player instaead of Kontakt 7.

    Not for the Battery related crashes it won’t. Problem is this thread has several unconnected issues being discussed which gets confusing, the bug that was fixed in K8 was the graphics related freeze while switching patches in KK
