github repo for controller editor templates
Please create a proper repository with all the so far available maschine and other NI controllers templates. I'll give you an example why the current system is so confusing:
You are trying to install Ableton live control script for maschine and you also have a controller editor 1.7.4 for the legacy kore2 and rig kontrol3 (as I have). But in that 1.7.4 the ableton script is not included. So you figure out ok maybe if I install newer controller editor version it will be there. So you go ahead and install it. But then it removes your old 1.7.4 CE so you cant use these anymore (trying to install 1.7.4 along 2.XX versions fails).
Take a look at this one https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413367278097-How-to-Install-Maschine-Templates-for-Ableton-Live
you give a link to your gdrive hidden in the script installation description.
That is avery cryptic and hard to find. You should put all these templates/remote control scripts to a proper git repository along with md files (instructions on how to use)
If you need a hand with that please make the templates available to me (gdrive link or so) and I will try myself.
That way one can use any CE version and install any script regardless of the version.
Best Regards

Not sure if a github repo with everything bunched up is going to be that much better tbh since each file needs an explanation regardless of where they're hosted.
you give a link to your gdrive hidden in the script installation description.
Can you please specify which one?

You can do a general .md file for the whole collection and then add txt file for every each respective folder if you like. Still it would be much cleaner and concise than what it is now.
Btw do you have a common gdrive location for all these scripts as of now? Can you share?

Different folders in GitHub can have their own .md files, no need for text (which is much inferior).
I don't know the organisation of these scripts and whether they really fit the use case for a Github repo. But it is worth exploring. Having a common script repository is often a good idea, imo.
It sounds to me like what's also really needed is better dependency management. That's more complicated. But at least if all scripts are together in a single repo and the .md files for each properly describe dependencies with links, it should be possible to quickly see what's needed for a single script to work correctly.
Git is also by nature better for tracking and providing multiple versions.

Link works fine here, can you double check?

The links works fine, that was not really the question. It was more about presentation and clarity.
For the time being can you post a directory with links to gdrive with all of the maschine2 templates and kore2 and rig kontrol3 please. Love these controllers and want to use them to full possible extent.
