Maschine + Additional Expansions

Hi, I'm a pretty long user of Machine MK3 and I just picked up a Maschine+ to be able to untether from the PC once in a while. I am also an NI Komplete 14 Collectors Edition. I am not seeing most of the Maschine expansions expansions available on PC, show up inside my Maschine+ for installation. Are these not compatible? I've gone through threads on the topic I could see, like:

However, having gone through the manual and these posts, I'm still unable to see the vast majority of Maschine expansions. One example is Resonant Blaze. I purchased the expansion pack, was able to see it in Native Access on my PC, but I don't see it as an available option on Machine+. I am connected via USB, WIFI, and running the latest firmware/maschine software (System 1.5.1.0, Maschine 2.1.17.5, and firmware 0.1.6). I've hit "Refresh" and tried restarting the Maschine+. Plenty of storage space available. I'm hoping there's a simple solution and that the Maschine+ is not restricted to the 5 Expansion Packs I see installed on it.

Just performed a system reset, and that fixed the problem. I'm now seeing all of the expansions available for installation.

The M+ was most probably still connected to the previous owner’s account.

Current Firmware is 0.1.9 and resolves a couple of MIDI/USB issues. It‘s a special installer to get from the NI support pages.

Thanks Ozon! That appears to be the case in my situation. I was searching for a way to log the older user-out prior to a reset, but didn't see that as an option. It probably doesn't happen frequently enough to have a log-out option and probably only happens if someone buys the machine second-hand, which I did.

I'll look for the updated Firmware, thank you!
