M+ expansion are not loading

Hello, maybe someone knows a solution to my problem: (sorry, I'm writing through Google translator)

I have Maschine+, and a 256gb flash drive from Samsung (U3, A2, V30), on which all expansions (about 100) are installed. But, every time I launch M+, some expansions are not available (they are displayed in the “available for download” section).

The “refresh” button does not help. Sometimes 18-20 expansions are not available, sometimes 30-40, sometimes all.

Although, they are loaded onto a flash drive (this can be seen from the amount of remaining memory.

Rebooting doesn’t help either. What’s especially bad is that when I select a sound from this expansion (for example in Massive) - M+ just freezes. Please tell me a solution if anyone knows.

You can't install Maschine+ expansions from a flash drive. Please read the manual.

Try checking page 48 page (SD is limited to projects and samples !) (manual link below) and page 45 (downloading into Maschine+)

Thanks for your advice, but it doesn't help, unfortunately. My problem is that all expantions are ALREADY installed on the SD card, but sometimes they disappear and are not displayed in the browser. There is still a lot of free space on SD (more than 100Gb). I formatted the card before use, I have wi-fi connected, and everything else that is written in the instructions.

I want to say that, in my understanding, there should not be such a situation: I downloaded all the expantions, played on them for a week, all 100 of them worked, and then suddenly 18 of them stopped working. And they appeared in the "Available for download" section. Although they are ALREADY loaded. And another time 30 disappear, and another time 80... And then suddenly they all come back.

Please write if you encountered exactly this problem and found a solution. Thank you in advance!

Can you please give information, from the Maschine+ "About" screen, of System Version, Maschine Version and Firmware on your device?

I can see that your firmware is very old. Version 0.1.9 is what I have.

Also, if your SD card is using an adapter, the adapter could be causing an issue.

@TimWojt Were you able to update the firmware of your M+? Did you find a way to fix these issues with the expansions?
