Bought Traktor Pro 3 less than a month ago, vouchers never worked. Am I just screwed?

I bought Traktor Pro 3 less than a month ago. I got really excited and bought a used Z1 and two X1's to replace some older equipment.

I received a $25 voucher from NI and then some kind of summer promo $50 voucher, but neither worked on anything I was interested in due to summer sale exclusions. NI never wrote back to my emails asking for clarification on what I was supposed to do with them.

Now Pro 4 is out and the vouchers don't apply to that either. So am I just out of luck, last guy to buy the old product and now have to pay for the full upgrade if I want bug fixes and stem separation? I followed the NI instructions to talk to chat support, but the link just goes back to this community page.

I qualify for a RipX DAW discount so not sure the best decision to make here.

    Usually all vouchers have a minimum value and exclude already discounted products, upgrades, updates and hardware. During Summer of Sound this was pretty much almost everything. Only exclusion was this special sale voucher worth 50 EUR/USD/… that was usable for discounted products but required a minimum value of 200€.

    These 25€ vouchers are pretty much useless to Traktor only users - as they exclude upgrades. You can use them for Komplete bundles, software instruments, Maschine Expansions, Guitar Rig and so on…

    Thanks for the response. I'm also an Ableton Live user, so figured I could make use of the Expansions/samples, but without the discount there's not really an advantage over Loopmasters or its competitors, there's lots of other stuff out there.

    It's really frustrating that I paid all that money and then get cut off by Pro 4 immediately. All of the marketing material talked about free updates. I think I'm even still in the trial period for Pro Plus, which suggested there was still a feature roadmap in the works for Pro 3.

    To contact Account customer support then do this : You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in

    Then click the Contact support

    Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

    Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

    After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response. Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend.
