How can I transfer a Traktor Pro 2 license so I can sell my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1...

Hi,

I'd like to sell my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1 controller and associated Traktor Pro 2 software. Is it possible to still access/download the Traktor Pro 2 software via Native Access or the NI website? If so, what is the latest Mac/Windows OS that the Traktor Pro 2/Traktor Kontrol S4 MKI supports? I'm looking to sell both the hardware and software as a package. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!
