Missing Serial Number

I have recently bought a Maschine Mikro MK3 from a thrift store. It didn't come with original packaging, papers, or any information, just the instrument itself. It has a serial number on the back, but I can only make out about 5 numbers from it, the rest seemed to be worn/rubbed off. I can't find any customer support numbers, emails, I did find a live chat with an assistant but it never connects to anyone and just continuously buffers. I would really like to use it, I just can't find help on how to register it to my account or retrieve the serial number.

The only way to contact support is now via the chat assistant unfortunately. If you can't get the serial number off the unit you might have to purchase the software which you can do here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/pricing/maschine-essentials/ That's the same version of the software that comes with the original Mikro.
