X1 and Audio 6: Why does output routing of headphone cue not work?

My setup consists of an X1 MK3 and a Komplete Audio 6.
X1 and Audio 6 are connected to the computer via USB. In output routing, Main Out is routed to Out 1/2 and Booth (for headphones) to Out 3/4. The speakers are connected to Out 1/2 of the Audio 6, the headphones are connected and set to 3/4.
Everything works perfectly except for the routing of the booth signal. If I set the rotary control for the headphone outputs to "input", nothing happens. If I turn it towards the host, as expected, only the master out signal appears.
Everything exactly as in a video from the NI YouTube channel called "Basic DJ setups using the Traktor X1 MK3" (I'm not allowed to post links).

If I switch Main Out to 3/4 and Booth to 1/2, the signal comes out of the speakers. I.e. 3/4 arrives in Audio 6, but is not transmitted correctly to the headphone outs.
I have already updated and reinstalled the drivers. I used the different drivers in Pro 3. No combination has solved the problem, so I now have to assume that the device is faulty.
Thanks for your help!

Mhh, I would have thought the combination of turning it to host and 3/4 should be right.

Can you share a screenshot of the output routing setting?

Also, at what position is cue/mix knob? nr 3 in the screenshot below.

I think it has to be all the way to the left, but you can also center it. Then the cue output should give you both master and cue.

You might have to switch layout to see it.

Did you set the rocker switch to 3/4?
