Is It Normal To Have Slow Responses When You Purchase An Item??
I'm used to customer service being quick and prompt. It's been two days and my order status for my Maschine Micro Mk3 still says "Under Review". How long does this "review" process last before my product is shipped. Apparently, Native Instruments already has my money yet I don't have any notification about my product coming to me at all.
I tried to contact support and all I received is an automated response that was not much help. At this point, I am frustrated. It was quicker for me to sign up for this Discussion Thread than to purchase my product and get notification of it being shipped.
NI, if you are reading this, please help move this process along. I have many many friends show use your hardware and software and many more considering it. I don't want to give them a bad report about customer service that could have been better.
