Komplete Scales / Chord Sets module sends invalid random MIDI OUT

I am using most current version of Studio One Pro.

I have a track and it is assigned to Komplete Control. The MIDI in for this is a MK3 49 (hardware).

I select the Gentleman piano VST.

I enable Scale and choose Chord Set. (It actually does not matter what I select, the outcome is the same no mater what the configuration is).

Everything works fine on the Komplete Kontrol Gentleman track. Chords play as expected.

When I create a second track and assign the MIDI IN to be the MIDI OUT of the Komplete Kontrol Gentleman track, the correct full Chord Sets (all the notes) are correctly received. I am able to play what ever instrument I choose. This configuration allows me to capture the notes via musical notation.

I have created this second track as both another Komplete Control instance or a Kontakt 7 instance and the results the same.

The Issue: Random invalid notes (typically two notes in the Bass range) are being sent. The notes sent are not even in harmony. The full Chord sets are being sent but then these random notes are sent. I worked through this for hours over days and there is no random notes coming from the hardware (MK3 49) but from the DAW (used MIDI trace), more specifically, the random invalid notes are coming from the Komplete Kontrol Gentleman track.
