What should I do when I have paid for Kontakt 7, but it runs in demo?

Hello, I have a problem with my Kontakt 7. Some time ago it refused to update to newer version through the Native Access. But recently it just stopped working in the full version and just runs the demo mode. I don't find a reason for it to be behaving that way. I have Windows 10 and here are the specifications of my laptop:

Is it because my laptop is too old?
