Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 is not activating Traktor Pro 3

I bought a Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 and tried to activate Traktor Pro 3. After downloading I click on activate license, which is taking me to Native Access, but nothing happens. After registering the Hardware Serial and accepted, i still see the 'demo' tag with Traktor Pro 3. So far no luck.

So I login to the web account and go to 'products and serials', I found there a serial of Traktor 3 Pro and enter this one into the 'Add Serial' section of Native Access. I got the following error:

'Your account is missing the base product for this serial. Please follow this guide or contact support'. The guide is not helping me further, since I should check if my ID on the web is the same in Native Access, so I'm stuck. Cannot activate Traktor Pro 3 while I have the product. What is next to do?

Have you uninstalled the demo and re-downloaded Traktor after activating it?
