He is talking about the dialogue that should only be in Kontakt 7 appearing in Komplete Kontrol, which makes him able to import them. Same for me, but it only happens when scanning incompatible files

Yes I know, the question was does it allow imports to show in Komplete Kontrol rather than just in Kontakt's new browser?

And I'd also like to know this 'key combo' that enables it to come up on demand because I can't even get it to appear no matter what incompatible files I try putting in User Content

Yeah I|d like to know the key command aswell. Im currently trying out a few things to get the window again.

To your question, yes the imported libraries imported through this hidden KK feature are (only) available and imported in KK and are completely independent from Kontakt.

Edit: Were you able to get the "incompatible files" window to pop up?

How do you know this? You said you had only found the feature once by accident. Can you show a screenshot of these libraries and what sort of libraries are you importing? If Kontakt they should show in the Kontakt browser too, if they are third party NKS plugin libraries then KK can already import those without needing this extra dialogue.

As you stated, I accessed it once, and used the opportunity.
The folders themselve arent anything special, they are just the names of the folders I imported with some nicnt files.
Because KKs hidden import feature runs independently from Kontakt, they dont collide.

    Edit: nicnt and nki files
Edit2: On the downside, I got no idea how to remove these added libraries, as they dont appear anywhere else.
There has to be a hidden (registration) file or something that controls this exact window

Ok so Kontakt files. Are they functional in KK or can you just see the folders but not load the files?

Maybe if you do the same import on the Kontakt browser you will be able to manage them?

They are entirely functional. (Speaking of: the reason why I want to use the import library feature in the first place is because there are a few instances of kontakt files that for some reason arent added when adding them via the official menu in preferences → Library → user. Yet using this hidden feature I was able to implement them nonetheless)

Edit: When I import them via kontakt they dont appear in KK.

That's interesting because as a rule it is very hard to get third party Kontakt libraries into Komplete Kontrol, even with 2.9.6, which does have a file import function, it was always rather hit and miss. Also I did test it out when I got the dialogue to show (months ago) and it didn't work for me at all (which for me was not unexpected since it was an obvious bug) so you must have got lucky somehow. Would be useful to see if this can be replicated though or if it is also hit and miss.

What I meant was if you do import the same folders into Kontakt maybe that will allow you to then remove them, probably not if the database entry is a separate one (as it sounds may be the case) but worth a shot if you want to remove some. I presume the KK database is where these are stored so a database reset might also work.

Yep, the databases seem to be independent from eachother.
    Anyways,
tldr: KK is a buggy mess
