As a matter of principle then you have posted in a thread unrelated to your question so it would have been better that you posted your questions in a new thread of your own, also those knowledgeable about e.g. Maschine might not notice your questions at all since what you ask about is not what the thread is about.

planning to buy Maschine Mk 3 and Komplete Kontrol keyboard

I do not have a Maschine so I know very little about it , but from conversation here then I know that with respect to Maschine integration then the previous Kontrol S-Series (MK2) had a Maschine integration that the new Kontrol S-Series MK3 does not have. But otherwise then the new Kontrol S-Series MK3 is the keyboard to go with I suppose.

Would depend on exactly what you are referring to. I have no idea what part of a Komplete bundle that Maschine can load and what not , but surely then anything that you have / get that is compatible with the Maschine can be used with the Maschine. Also then e.g. latest version of Kontakt , Kontakt 8, apparently can load Maschine expansions . A while back then the Kontrol S MK3 keyboards came with a full version of Kontakt but I don't think that that is still included , from what I can see then the S-Series MK3 keyboards at the moment does not include the full version of Kontakt but comes with Komplete Select and other software (which includes the free Player version of Kontakt and I suppose that Kontakt 8 player version might be able to open some Maschine stuff also). But if you get a Kontrol S-Series keyboard at a sale bundled with a higher tier Komplete bundle then of course that is a different matter since they usually comes with expansions for Maschine. (again , I do not have a Maschine and do not have a list of Maschine specific expansions since it doesn't say on the compare page at the moment)

Answer : Yes, you can buy them and use them in Kontakt 8 without owning Maschine.
For full transparency though - they are not only coming with Samples, these expansion also come with full-on MIDI patterns, projects and presets for Maschine effects and instruments.
They also come with presets for our own Synths, that are also available without you having to have Maschine. For example when I look in my good old OG Massive I can see tons of patches from Maschine Expansion content only.
So yes, you can use these samples within Kontakt, without having Maschine installed, but potentially miss out on other content that is Maschine specific (such as MIDI patterns, and Maschine specific presets) but might get a few more presets for other Native Instruments Synths or Players out of them.
