Cant hear youtube

When i am logged in to maschine mk3 or have the hardware plugged in to my computer i have no sound from youtube or other sites, how can i ammend this. thanks

    Hello,

    have you tried to reinstall the drivers for the mk3? If maschine is plugged in, have you checked that the correct audio device is set under windows and in maschine (in maschine audio settings the asio or core driver, depending on the os, win or mac)

    Hi @Hedgehoghero if you're using Windows, can you make sure you uncheck the "allow exclusive control" option. in the Windows Audio Settings option?

    Windows Audio Settings > Sound Control Panel > Playback > Sound Card Properties (right click on Properties) > Advanced

    Also worth checking if the sample rate matches the Interface Control Panel you are using just in case. Let us know how it goes!
