Hi, how do I get a replacement licence to use my S8 on a new laptop resent ?

I have a traktor scratch audio 8 purchased over 12 years ago but can't find my account. More importantly I purchased a tractor s8 from djbox in 2018. My laptop crashed and I am unable to access it. When I purchased the s8 a staff member Kindly set it up in the shop after telling me to come back later for it. Unfortunately as I was not there he used an e-mail address that was not my own. He wrote the e-mail on a piece of paper and put it in the box containing the s8 but he neglected to include the password he used rendering it useless to me. After an exhaustive pursuit to get a new licence sent to me the manager of the store acquired a pro 3 licence which he said would allow me me to set up my s8 on the new laptop. I downloaded the licence but when I went to install it NI asked for a password which is not the one used originally and I have no idea what it was. I then eventually reset my password but when I went to use it to install the licence the time allowed must has elapsed plus the box for the new password would 'shake' each time I tried entering as if it did not recognise it. I had no trouble setting up in 'community' using the new password. Does anyone know what I should do as every time I try to reply to the message NI sent me re the reset of my password I keep getting the same message back and a note saying this ticket is no longer in use. Is there anyway I can e-mail NI directly as I get no response to all queries on the 'support' site, thank you, John.
