New Komplete 14 synths only available to NEW customers?

Are the new synths and plugins promotion for Komplete 14 Standard, only available to new purchases and upgrades? What about existing owners of Komplete 14?

The greater misunderstanding here that keeps 'popping up' is that this is a promotional offer that another company allows to be bundled with the Komplete 14 bundles.

The "new synths and plugins" as you refer to them are not something that has been added to Komplete 14 and as such is not part of the bundle. It is something meant as an enticement by N.I. to get people to buy their bundles at this particular time just as a sale is at another point in time. And just as you usually do not get your money partly refunded because there is a sale after that you have purchased then you do not get promotional items. A while back at the sale then some audio interfaces suddenly were bundled with Komplete Select , and that didn't give the previous audio interface buyers a partly refund or a Komplete Select either !

Had the "new synths and plugins" as you refer to them been given as part of the bundle going forward then I am sure that you would have received it also as a present bundle owner but that is not how it is. It's a promotional offer where people are given something with their bundle not as part of the bundle !
