Crazy MK3 behaviour - it's got a scrambled idea of what interfaces are available
M1 Mac Sonoma, Maschine MK3 running 12.17.4
somehow recently it's got its knickers in a twist about the list of available interfaces.
I select "Scarlett 18i8" and it presents me with what appears to be the entire list of inputs and outputs available across all interfaces present in the Audio MIDI Setup list, including aggregates. It sees them as one big aggregate or something.
Some of the names of aggregates I've set up are not available in Maschine's drop down at all.
And now, all of a sudden, I select Scarlett 18i8 as the interface, and Maschine runs any project like it's gone completely insane - the tempo is like 4 times too fast, I can only hear one side of the Stereo, and it's crackling like crazy, despite buffers at max size.
Reaper is running as normal, accessing all devices as normal, none of the above problems. If I load Maschine as VST - it runs completely fine, through Reaper. But standalone - all hell breaks loose.
It's like its list of the interfaces present has got corrupted or something?? Very mad.
Any ideas folks?
Thanks

Sonoma is not yet officially supported by Maschine. There's currently an issue with MAS not being able to use/see aggregate devices:
Your issue however seems way worst, it sounds like beyond mixing interfaces you have miss-matched sample rates too. If you can live without aggregate devices for a while then delete them all and see if that fixes it to be able to at least use your 18i8 normally.

Ah OK, thanks for the link to the other post - I am now up to speed. Hope they fix this craziness...
Wish I'd stayed on Ventura
