I solve the problem it's about to uninstall ethereal earth, then install again with the new version and got installed succesfully

I don't know if what you experience is a N.I. server issue but I hope that N.I. will take a look ! I have asked customer care (Jeremy_NI) to come take a look here when back from leave , hopefully tomorrow but I couldn't say for sure !

Jeremy_NI is back and since he did not appear then either he forgot, were too busy or did not have anything to add.

Also for the sake of if this were due to a server issue then I did ask for it to be looked into as a possible cause !

So if your experience/problem does not improve so that you think that your issue is solved then I am sorry I have only the option to ask you to please contact Native Access support !

Hopes that you may have the issue resolved as soon as possible !

Try to uninstall it from native access and re install again

Are your Kontakt libraries installed in the default location or do you use a custom path?
