traktor 3 doesn't work

hey there,

I have already searched through everything but obviously the issue I have wasn't experienced by anyone before. I need to say that I am very new to DJing and not at all a pro with computers.

so - my problem is following:

I installed a traktor 3 demo version to try this software prior to buying the full version. I downloaded it from chip and after finishing the download, I tried to open it and it didn't work. there's just this circle next to my cursor appearing, then disappearing and nothing else happens.

de-installing also won't work because there is a message that traktor 3 is running :D

when opening the task manager, it is nowhere to be found.

I would be very grateful for advice.

I would just restart the computer and try to remove it again.

You could try the demo from the official site: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-pro-3/demo-and-downloads/

But I can't say for certain if it will help.

hey @lord-carlos thanks for your input. I have tried both before, hasn’t helped. also I have tried a few other things like starting the software as an administrator (-sorry if this isn’t proper english).

I would really like to buy the full version because I have the kontrol s2 which I can’t operate without traktor pro 3 running :/ and I’m worried that the full version isn’t running either that’s why I wanted to ask for support.

is there a way to connect with someone customer service like here? I’m a newbie here :)

If you bought the s2 new it should come with full Traktor Pro 3.
