Does Machine+ stand alone mode plays the BASEMENT ERA expansion?

It's in the FAQ under "which products work":
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/maschine/production-systems/maschine-plus/faq/
All Expansions are compatible except PRISMATIC BLISS and MASSIVE X Expansions.

Under system requirements for that expansion it says optimised for maschine + so I'm guessing it will work.

I did a restart, but Machine did not load the mentioned expansion.
Could it be that I am doing something wrong. I installed the expansions on my computer in Native Access. Can I load the expansions directly to Machine+?0 -
I have it installed on mine and it's running fine.
Is the M+ linked to your NI account?
Have you installed Expansions before and know where to download from?
Can you find it there as an available install?
Have you checked it isn't already installed and you haven't selected USER, which perhaps might stop you seeing the content, as that still sometimes catches me out briefly, and i've actually even bought an Expansion from a reseller as I didn't see it when checking which Expansions I had, so couldn't confirm I already had it?

- To use the Expansions on the computer with the M+ in Controller Mode you install via Native Access.
- To use the Expansion on the M+ in Standalone Mode you install it on the device itself, in the settings.
Which option is not working for you? The computer or the M+ standalone?

How do I link my NI account to M+? I'm a newbie:(
I insatlled exp before to my Native Access account. Under USER don't see anything?0 -
?
You would not be able to use the M+ in standalone mode unless you already logged into your account on it, it's the first thing required on a new M+, maybe you have wifi turned off / airplane mode? Check in Settings>Network and make sure Wi-Fi is connected.
To clarify, standalone mode means not attached to a computer, just plug in the power supply and turn it on, no USB, then just go to Settings>Library to install things. None of this has any relation to Native Access on the computer...
Also, Expansions dont go under user, @Jiglo meant to make sure USER is off.
Now if you want to use controller mode (M+ connected to computer via USB) then you must install the expansions via NA, but I am still confused about where you actually want to use the expansion... If its in the computer make sure NA says its installed, confirm with a screenshot or something.

Thank you for your time in advising me. Have not yet found a solution
Here's a cornology of how I've tried to run the Expansions M+ (stand alone mode).
I loaded the expansions into Native Access (NA says its installed),
connected to Interent, restarted M+ and downloaded 21 factory expansions. Did not found new Basewment Era and Conant Gardens expansions among them even installed in my Native Access account.
How do I get them from there, do I have to connect to a computer?
Do I have to buy Machine 2 software to download the expansions into M+?0 -
Those expansions should just show up in Maschine+ under SETTINGS -> LIBRARY
If you dont see them listed, contact NI support

Indeed, but i'm saying it's easy to have the Maschine in a state were you can't find content that you're are looking for. It has happened to me, and was just offering a possible potential explanation of 1 reason why it might not be visible even if it's installed and available. I thought it was pretty self explanatory, as it's very easy to do, but maybe long term power users don't understand this?

You have to focus on one thing at a time, forget NA and the computer.
Work on the M+ standalone 1st. Check if your firmware / software / System is up to date, what versions numbers do you have in Settings>About?
Also, go to Settings>System and see it you have updates available.
I understood, I was explaining it to OP... a poweruser that does understand that is not a poweruser... OP is just starting out.

I think the reason why OP constantly name NA is because, correctly, if the expansions aren’t registered in his account they won’t appear in M+.
What he is a little bit confused about is that expansions just need to be registered and appearing in NA, but they don’t need to be installed there. If their serial number (or the one of the bundle containing them) has been registered in NA, automatically or manually, the expansions will appear in NA AND also in M+ standalone, under libraries, available to install directly in the device, without the need of a computer involved (as D-One correctly said).
If they appear (installed or not) in NA but not in M+ library, there could be 2 reasons: you didn’t log in in NA and M+ with the same account or there is a technical problem, in which case you have to contact support.
If all the other expansions you own are appearing but only few not, probably is the second case and support must have a look into it
