    • Could not locate this one. Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist

    to move to trash


    • I found this in another location Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments NTK (folder)

    I trashed everything else like instructed to and still the same issue Native access is telling me i may need to give full disk access to Native Access and Deamon

    I tried giving full access with the boxes checked blue and unchecked blue same issue same error message

    It seems from earlier pictures you were blocked from opening native helper, after this happened did you;

    1. Open System Settings.
    2. Click Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click the Open Anyway button to confirm your intent to open or install the app.

    If you did this the app would then reopen and run, try this as I didn't see any pictures of the app running in you jpgs. This is normal behaviour for some apps you get from Native Instruments so you need to allow security to open it to run and it may solve some issues you are having :)

    Yes i open system settings and i clicked open any way it open and ran I will try it i brought my mac to work I have a few IT guy on my team here at Amazon and we all will take a look.

    For the "Cannot be opened because it's from ann unidentified developer" Issue:

    Just right-click it and select "Open", that kind of info is just a google search away, and it even leads to NI articles:

    I would suggest you to ask a friend who is moderately good with computers to handle this for you.

    Thanks I was able to open it last night still no luck installing the The hardware connection service I ned that form the new Komplete Kontrol Keyboard the issue is the keyboard is stuck showing the serial numbers after i registered it every time i give full disk access to native access and the daemon

    After i added Komplete kontrol and reboot my mac everything i added and sent photos of is missing from Security& Privacy

    You have a lot of apps added to the full disk access list. But it seems like very few are actually enabled. You need to click the check mark next to each item in the list for it to actually enable full disk access. I noticed this in other screen shots you sent as well.

    Can someone post the link to NI install support?

    @Dawud it might be easier for you if you contact NI's installation support, perhaps they can setup a remote session with you? Alternatively if you know someone local, perhaps they would be willing to assist you with the installation.

    Thanks everyone I already have multiple NI support tickets open about this sent them over 25 photos since last Sunday. i’ve made over 50 attempts to click those boxes to check them blue in security and privacy settings. When I checked them blue a prompt pops up, saying these apps will not have full access. That’s why in the last photos they were unchecked because I was unsure due to that message, I have a computer in hardware at work with me today. I will see you guys a photo of both in the message so you guys can see them

    My friend, just press CMD+SHIFT+4 to take a screenshot, it saves a file and places it on your desktop, might be easier for you than using a phone to capture the screen.

    What step are you stuck in now after you already gave the permissions?

    Thanks I'll use that to chapter screenshot for now on. I'm stuck still can't. Grant disc access I did notice the Kompete control app Massive app contact app are on my external drive I moved the to the desk top added them to full access then reset the mac opens native access and still coild not install the hardware connection serves app that connects the Mk3 keyboard the MK3 is still showing me the serial numbers on it's screen even after I added them to my account and I can see the hardware in my account that's my issue.

    So one issue was fixed had to update my mac OS wich was one of the first question I asked NI support took Them a week to tell me the MK3 only works on mac OS 13.0 or higher now this is weird I installed all NI software and apps on my work lap top got home and connect the MK3 keyboard and it came on so I connected it to my personal mac wich is still on mac OS 11.17.10 and It fully connect to that computer aswell now on both mac each with a different mac OS the MK3 keyboard only triggers sounds and I have no browser control at all on the MK3 keyboard and that's on both mac one with the update and the other mac is and the older version OS 11.17.10

    Based on your 3rd picture you have Maschine sw open, the S Mk3 does not support Maschine, open Komplete Kontrol V3.

    True it's not fully supported but I'm was able to get the MK3 to trigger and the sounds from the machine Daw. I'll own up Kompleat kontrol v3and will se how that works. Just thinking why they NI release this and its not fully compatible with their new line of products who would have a machine with out some sort of midi keyboard it should matter if I'm in Machine or komleate kontrol the MK3 should connect and control as the previous model I have. I found a few things I can do to get the MK3 to do what I want mostly but still not fully intergrated. With Maschine. Thanks
