    Hello,

have you updated and installed everything necessary in native access? I had the same issue but on windows, and I had to install a driver in native access.

Oh sorry I now see you already tried to download the hardware control services - that's the one I meant in my first post. What mac os version do you use? Hopefully someone with mac can answer im a windows user.

    OK i followed the instructions:

I do not see and can not locate Native accessHelper i don't see and cant locate naTive acCess helper (GPU) and i don't see and cant locate native access helper (renderer) and i cant see or locate NTK Daemon i only see this in it file location inside my macintosh HD

INSIDE: activity monitor i see NIHardwareAgent.app i also see NIHostergrationAgent .app And i see NTKDaemon.app but thats not the exact NTKDaemon as the instructions say to select.

I also look in the sent by drop down tab i also checked the user drop down tab located in the photos under network i even checked where it says disk looking for the three native access the instructions say to select cant find them. Please Advise

If you can't find those processes running then it's safe to ignore and proceed. It's just having you stop them so you can install NTKDaemon.

Follow the steps for Restart NTKDaemon. It's mislabeled though, it should say Reinstall NTKDaemon.

When I installed everything from Native access last year I installed it on m y external hard drive my mac did not have enoughj space could that be the issue file in two different locations?

The instructions assume default installation locations so you'll need to adjust the instructions to match your system. For example on my system I installed Native Access on my external drive so my app path is: /Volumes/external/MyUserName/Applications/Native Access.app
