Hey everybody, I am a anthousiastic hobby producer from the Netherlands and use NI for man years now. And for me making music is having fun, creating, surprice yourself and dream of making it big! I was verry into Metapop aswell. Did quit some remixes and producer challenges and loved the positive connection with all the people using Metapop. Is something like this still an option here? I think there are still some great challenges to do whit al the great names NI works with. If you guys do, count me in!

These are links to my Youtube and Soundcloud channels. I like mixing tech-house with ethnic / world music. I used my own mapping to beatgrid tracks which are typically played by a band, but have used TP4's flexible beatgrids more recently. Inspirations - mostly Luciano!

Something I whipped up on my days off on Monday and Tues having watched one off my fave shows "Breaking Bad" through again with my Daughter who also really enjoyed the show. Haven't written much music in a while so it was nice to get back into something creative again.

The song is inspired by the captivating scene at the end of S4 "Face Off" where Gus is walking to his end, the song "Goodbye" by Apparat was just the best choice for that scene and I find it a really moving piece so I decided to write my own inspired version and also whipped up a video montage of the series with the final little pencil sketch actually being my daughters doodle when she was suppose to be learning Maths.

Instruments used, the opening Tinnitus, eerie sound and percussion sounds are all from Kontakts Evolve Mutations. Choir is from Kontakt 7 factory library "Alto [a]", the Low String is Kontakt Emotive Strings (not animated), A few layers of high strings from IK Multimedia Sampletank and Korg Triton Extreme, Piano is Air Music Stage Piano and the guitar is Omnisphere with other percussion such as the boom and crash cymbals from East West and also Omnisphere.

How I was able to pick all these elements and put it all together literally within a few hours is due to everything running within instances of Komplete Kontrol (in my DAW of choice Ableton) so I was able to quickly dig into the sounds I had in mind using the preview feature to find what fit my idea.

I think for anyone who is a fan of the show likely you will find this interesting.
