How do I get Windows 10 to see C/D "Line in/Phono" under "Input routing"

I use my Macbook Pro for Dj'n. Recently, I have had to use a Windows 10 based laptop as a backup. I cannot select  "Line in/Phono" under "Input routing" I am trying to run audio through Decks C/D

    Hello,

    that are the same inputs but with different names on both systems.
