I have lots of problems which may be related to KK MkIII Update - I have MKII

I have recently bought a new Windows 11 machine so I am migrating from a Win10 environments that was all working without issue.

I have the latest versions of my software Windows 11 and Presonus Studio 1.

I Native Access version 3.8.0.

Native Access can 'see' I have a Mk11 KKS49 keyboard but seems to have installed MkIII software, e.g. Komplete Kontrol 3.1.0.

How do I rollback on the new machine to MKii software?

To be clear, KK 3.1 is the software for all KK keyboards, except the Kontrol S MK1 keyboards, which remain on KK 2.9.6.

It is for the latter reason we make 2.9.6 still available, although users of other keyboards are free to stay with that for now if they have a preference for 2.9.6 over 3.1.
