payment and serial number problem

Hi,@Jeremy , after being reimbursed I had a new problem when purchasing neutron 4 elements, I made the payment but like the last time I received absolutely nothing, my colleague told me that there was a problem with you but now it's starting to matter a lot I don't have an activation key and I end up with neutron in trial version. If necessary I have order number and proof of payment thank you for your understanding.
