Just to close the loop on this...it WAS installed before, but it was Windows 10 on a different SSD before...When I moved to Windows 11 I got a new SSD (2TB, instead of 1TB, since 14CE needs 1.125TB of space unlike Komplete 14CE, which was fine on 1TB)....as per last post, it ended up being a faulty new SSD; replacing it resolved this issue. Thanks.

Thanks for following up with this. For the NI folks reading along at home, it'd really be nice to have better logs generated by NA that would help troubleshoot download/installation issues. @anyone-NI
