It's a niche sound genre wise but the sounds themselves would be useful to all kinds of people. They just don't know it yet haha

cEVIN Key, Joey Blush, Chad Mossholder... basically anybody who is good at sound design. Not that there's a lack of quality in the expansions, but I'd want more "dirty, glitchy, raw, and weird" stuff.

@Cretin Dilettante Maschine is actually pretty good at the "dirty, glitchy, raw, and weird" stuff if you sample your own ("raw and weird") field recordings. IME, an iPhone and a turkey (yes, the bird) can already provide the material for loads of fun and inspiration.

But yes, more of the Arcane Attic and Body Mechanik type would be welcome. And NI should consider Expansions for sound categories instead of musical styles. Like those vintage sampling CDs.

Until then, if you’re looking for less musical sounds, you should check out the great offerings by Twisted Tools.
