    Interesting! Could you post one of those old presets here (or send it to me via direct message)? Maybe then I could replicate the problem and find out what's going on.

    Sure, no problem. I'll post it here, no secrets there. BTW, my rack presets are in:

    Macintosh HD / Library / Application support / Native instruments / Guitar Rig 5 / 6 / 7

    On your website they should be in:

    Macintosh HD / Users / Library / Application support / Native instruments / Guitar Rig 5 / 6 / 7

    Could that have anything to do with it?
