As far as I know the Open-key Traktor uses are M for the german word "MOLL" wich is Minor

And D is the german word "DUR" wich is Major

On Openkey 1M is A Minor, whereas in Chamelot A Minor is 8 A because it starts on 1A as A-FLAT Minor

So, inner circle Minor on both wheels, outer circle Major on both wheels, just different starting points.

If you compare the neighboring keys of both wheels .. they are identical, so Chamelot and Openkey are just 2 different Wheels of the same thing.

And as a DJ, you just want to know if the next songs fits harmonically IF, and only IF you use harmonic Mixing.

If you wanna use these wheels to teach musical skills to DJs, switch to original key view.

So where is the problem. The wheels are just tools to help, NOT to teach real musical skills.

And up to this day the key-analysis of Traktor is one of the best I know IF you use good quality soundfiles. don't expect it to be correct if you use illigal 96kbits mp3 ripps from youtube or soundcloud.

From my experience, it did not really cause me any major problems, for now.
